THE 5 ELEMENTS & POLARITY THERAPY
POLARITY THERAPY
is based on the five universal elements (Ether, Air, Fire, Water, and Earth)
Polarity Therapy is a profound holistic health care system that balances life energy in the body. It was developed by Dr. Randolph Stone, who was a chiropractor, osteopath, and naturopath. Dr. Stone traveled the world to discover different methods of healing and found that energy was the source of healing all diseases.
Polarity is a practical application of understanding that everything is animated by three energy principles that describe the way energy flows. When energy does flow properly, we experience health.
Energy starts at a (1) neutral point, (2) expands outward and then (3) contracts inward, going back to the (1) neutral source. Practitioners are trained to track this energy flow and, mainly through types of touch in bodywork, support the client in balancing their energy and regaining health.

What People Are Saying
“After a few sessions, I could feel negative tension drain quickly. The rest of the time I felt only positive energy coming in. I now find that writing and being out in the world comes easier.”
— Dave, Oakland, CA
“The whole week prior to working virtually with Miriam my stomach was out of sorts and always felt uncomfortably full, no matter how much I did or didn't eat.
After we worked, I realized I wasn't feeling that. Nor have I felt it again since. I'm also doing the “dance” metaphorically Miriam taught me when I need to open something up, emotionally, spiritually, or physically.”
— Barbara, Sonoma, CA
