Joining Valentine’s Day and The Chinese New Year, (year of the wood dragon) as ways to move our energy.

Create mesmerizing movement pieces inspired by your personally pulled Tarot cards. Delve into the intricate web of relating systems, anatomical focal points influenced by Polarity Therapy, the energy flow of your chakras, elemental qualities, movement pace, and the very essence of each card. Our unique structure offers rich guidelines to express your creations authentically.

Dress to move. Have costumes, props, musical choices available something to write on, and personal Tarot decks (if you do not have a Tarot deck, a card will be pulled for you.
Show up on time!

• You will get a brief individualized reading along with some movement prompts.


• 
You have the option to do warm-up stretches, practice your dance or listen while others get readings.


• Everyone gets up to 2 minutes to share a movement piece.
 Reflect and process your dance.


• Share supportive feedback.
