Tarot in Motion is a different kind of “movement class”. Go beyond your imagination of what the model of dance, as you know it can be. Create expressive movement pieces that have both individual and universal meanings based on pulled Tarot cards.

Dress to move. Have costumes, props, musical choices available something to write on, and personal Tarot decks (if you do not have a Tarot deck, a card will be pulled for you.
Show up on time!

• You will get a brief individualized reading along with some movement prompts.


• 
You have the option to do warm-up stretches, practice your dance or listen while others get readings.


• Everyone gets up to 2 minutes to share a movement piece.
 Reflect and process your dance.


• Share supportive feedback.
Wrap-up – group dancing and visit.
