MINOR ARCANA CARDS

The Minor Arcana card suits are associated with the Elements and the Chakras. Each Ace represents the pure essence of that suit/element/Chakra.

The numbered cards two through ten have astrological references that correlate with the esoteric anatomy of Polarity Therapy.

The forty Minor Arcana cards are similar to a deck of playing cards:

  • Air/Swords being spades

  • Fire/Wands being clubs

  • Water/Cups being hearts

  • Earth/Pentacle being diamonds

  • Ace of Fire

    The Wands or Fire suit represents creativity, intuition, and spontaneous insight. Often called rods, staffs, batons, or clubs, these cards embody the energy that fuels our passions and purpose. They remind us of the inner fire that drives us to act, explore, and spiritually seek deeper meaning in life.

  • Ace of Water

    **Cups / Water**

    The Cups or Water suit delves into emotions, relationships, and heartfelt connections. These cards flow with love, empathy, and bonding, often symbolized by chalices or hearts. Cups cards are about nurturing relationships, connecting deeply to others, and grounding ourselves with open hearts and supportive energies.

  • Ace of Air

    **Swords / Air**

    Swords, or Air, cards symbolize the mental landscape—thoughts, ideas, and communication. They’re associated with swift movement, intellect, and balance, sometimes hinting at modern technology and dialogue. Swords help us aspire to harmony, justice, and clarity, igniting curiosity, wit, and the power to communicate effectively..

  • Ace of Earth

    **Pentacles / Earth**

    Earth, or Pentacles, cards represent the physical realm—work, finances, and practical needs. Known also as Disks or Coins, these cards emphasize stability and groundedness, encouraging us to care for our bodies, manage resources, and build a structured, secure life. The five-point star on these cards symbolizes wholeness and human vitality.
